Geçmiş Zaman (Past Tense) 

For the past tense we use 'dı, di, du, dü / tı, ti, tu, tü'. As we already know, we have to choose the correct one according to the last vowels of the verbs and if the verbs end with 'f, s, t, k, ç, ş, h, p', we must use 'tı, ti, tu, tü' instead of 'dı, di, du, dü'.

Here's the pattern for the Past Tense.

Verb + dı, di, du, dü / tı, ti, tu, tü + kişi eki
Kişi eki is different for the past tense. 
Ben - m
Sen - n
O - we don't need to use kişi eki for third person singular
Biz - k
Siz - nız, niz, nuz, nüz
Onlar - also same with third person singular 'O' but if we want, use lar / lar 
Let's dive into some examples, 
Okumak which means to read in English
Ben Oku+du+m - Ben okudum. (I read) 
Konuşmak which means to speak in English.
Sen konuş+tu+n - Sen konuştun. (You spoke) When the verbs end with one of  'f, s, t, k, ç, ş, h, p' use 't' instead of 'd'.

  Kaynaştırma harfleri (Combining letters) As I mentioned in the other posts, there is no word in Turkish which is two vowels next to each other. So you must use " Kaynaştırma harfleri" which are " y,s,n,ş ". "y" Kaynaştırma harfi  In cases where there is no determinative suffixes, Örnek - Ahmet üniversite y e gidiyor. Tamlamalar

  Tamlamalar (Noun phrase, Propositional phrase) These are the suffixes that indicate who the nouns are parts of what or whom.  These are  Tamlayan Ekleri (Determining suffixes)   -ın, -in, -un, -ün Tamlanan Ekleri (Determination suffixes) -ı, -i, -u, -ü For example,  Ahmet 'in kalem i - that means Ahmet's pen in English. As you can see in this word "Ahmet" is a determining (Tamlayan), " in " is a determining suffix (Tamlayan ekleri), and "kalem" is a determination (Tamlanan), and " i " is a determination suffix (Tamlanan ekleri).  Diş doktor u - Dentist. In this word, "Diş" which means "tooth" in English, is a determining (Tamlayan), "doktor" which means "doctor" is a determining (Tamlanan) and "u" is a determination suffix.
